Mental overPOPULATION
is a space intervention that is designed to provoke emotion and engage all senses and consists of two rooms articulated in such manner to represent authors inner world.
The first room, the coexistence of memories, emotions, fantasies, thoughts and inner conflicts is filled with found objects, personal objects, designed objects, redesigned objects, self portraits, smells, tastes and sounds.
Narrow, circular staircase takes us to the second room. White, attic space. A clear mind. The silence of white room is disrupted from time to time by mild tingling of many keys hanging from the ceiling. Their shimmering can be observed from the wire winged white chair.
The spectator is invited to spend time and explore both rooms. To use the objects, to sit on specially designed chairs, taste the flavours of authors childhood...
